Banner Module

The Banner Module allows you to place banners (in standard format) in various places on your website, the locations of the banners depends on your websites design. This module supports both static and animated Flash banners. It is possible to attach a link to each banner, and you will also be able to set the priority of each banner and how often they should shown. You will also be able to see an overview of the statistics of each banner, the number of clicks each banner has had in a certain time period.  You will even be given the option to be able to charge customers for clicking a banner. There are also many more options, these are just a few top give you an overview of this module.

A Weblog or Blog is an "online diary", this module can be divided into categories. You will be able to blog about different topics, and the time and date of each message will also be shown. These blogs can be placed anywhere on your website.

Dynamic Content Matrix Module

The Dynamic Content Matrix Module will help you to make your website more attractive and increase the visiting time of your visitors. A Dynamic Content Matrix will be placed on one of your web pages. This matrix consists of cells, for example, 2 by 2, and each cell will display an article. These articles in each cell will then automatically change, similar to a slide show. By doing this, your website will constantly change all the time and visitors will be able to see that which will increase the visiting time of your visitors and also increase the chance that they will return. It will also be possible to display content that is related to other cells, for example it would be possible to display a logo in one cell and have the accompanying text displayed in the cell next to it.

Behaviour Targeting is an add-on to the Dynamic Content Matrix Module. This add-on will automatically learn the behaviour of the returning visitors of your website. It will record which topics are of most interest to a specific visitor so that when the visitor returns, it will display content that is of interest to the customer in the matrix. This will increase your chances that the customer will stay on your website longer and increase sales.

The module displays 5 messages in a list, each with a thumbnail image and one larger item is displayed. The module automatically rotates through your items. Event Calendar Module

The Event Calendar Module will allow you to clearly display any upcoming (or past) events on your website. Your visitors will be able to click on a specific day, week or month to see which events are available. By clicking on a specific event, a pop-up will appear that will display all of the information about the event.

The event calender will also allow your visitors to register for event. They will be able to register either on your website, or they can also register by accepting an invitation that was sent to them by email. You will be able to specify which details visitors must fill in to register for an event. All of the registrations will be saved and can easily be viewed at any time. This information can also be exported to be used as, for example, an attendance list or reminder.

General Comments Module

The General Comments Module will allow your visitors to comment on any text on your website. This can be a normal text, a news item or a product. In the CMS you will be able to determine whether visitors will be able to comment on specific piece of text on your website. The comments on the text will be shown under the article, news or product. You will also be choose to first review comments before they are posted.

This module can also be linked with the "Login with Profile" module. Users will then be given an overview of all of the comments he/she has posted on your website. The Negeso Multi-Channel Information Push module will allow visitors to be notified when another user reply's to the comment.

Guest Book Module

The Guestbook Module will allow visitors to post public messages on your website. The messages will be clearly displayed with the name of the author and the date it was posted.

You will have full control over what message can be posted on your website. You will be given to option to first review the messages before they can be seen on your website. This module also has a built-in anti-spam feature to stop spam robots spamming messages on your website. The anti-spam feature consists of a code (in picture form) that the user must first fill in before the message can be posted, these codes cannot be read by robots.

Internship Module

The Internship Module enables you to publish supply and demand relating to internships on your website. On the supply side, the organizations offering internships are displayed. Internships are displayed in a consistent manner. The publication and expiration dates for each internship can be set. Students can apply for an internship by filling out a form, with the possibility to upload a CV. The application form is sent to a specified email address. An optional anti-spam capcha protects the form against spam robots. On the demand side, students who are looking for an internship can present themselves, by filling out a form and submitting the form. The students are presented in a uniform manner. Inquiry

The Inquiry allows you to do your own customer and/or market research. You will be able to formulate your own questions and choice of answers, and can invite respondents to fill out the form via email. When respondents click on the link in their email invitation, it will bring them to the site where they can fill in the relevant survey. You can also import new email lists of respondents whenever you wish. Results can be exported to an Excel file or can also clearly be seen when you are logged in as an administrator.

Job Module

The Job Module allows you to post vacancy's on your website in a clearly visible and structured way. Placing a vacancy can never be easier with the template, you simply fill in the details of the vacancy and the expiration date for each vacancy. Applicants will be able to apply to jobs by using the feedback form, applicants will also be given the option to upload a CV when applying for a job. Login Module

The Login Module will protect your site with a username and password. It will be possible to split the secured content into different groups so that different users can access different groups, this is done by issuing different levels of authorization to different people. You will have complete control over who can see what content.If an authorized user has forgotten his or her password, then the system will automatically generate a new one and will be sent to their email address.

Login Module Addition: Login to Profile

The Login to Profile Module will allow you to limit access to certain parts of the site by using "containers", visitor groups which require a login. Once implemented, visitors will only have access to those parts of the site once they have logged in. The site can be divided into different groups by making use of the "containers", these containers will allow you to set different levels of access to different people.

Each user will be given both a private and public profiles. You will be able to specify in advance which fields can be seen (such as contact details, ability to upload their own profile photo or the ability to enter a personal message). The user will be able to modify his/her private profile and add files once they are logged in. The module is equipped with a search and sorting feature, this will allow users to search through public profiles and make it easier for them to find people.

Media catalog

The Media Catalog Module which comes standard with Negeso Website/CMS will allow site administrators to manage files of various formats on the web server (eg pdf, dwg, doc, xls, jpg files). This catalog offers good media management capabilities and provides space to create a folder structure. News Module

The new module will allow you to publish news on your website in a clear and organized format by using a template. Viewers will be able to see all of the news articles titles in an overview, they can then read the entire article by clicking on it. You will be able to specify when an article should be published, as well as the expiration date of a certain news article. Photos can also be added to news articles. Administrators will be able to archive old news articles, which can be seen at any time.

Newsletter Module

The Newsletter Module will allow you to create, manage and send newsletters. By using a template, you can make newsletters that are clear and easy to read. Visitors can easily subscribe or unsubscribe to your newsletters on your website, and you will also be able to import email addresses of intended recipients. Furthermore, there is an archive function available that allows you as administrator to archive newsletters, which can be opened in the future at any time. Additionally, you will also be able to personalize your newsletters. You can also add different fields to your newsletter (such as Dear Sir/Madam), this is based on the contact information that is stored. The "proofing" function of the E-mail newsletter module allows you to send your newsletter to a list of proof readers, so that they can read the article and judge whether its ready to be posted on the website or not. The number of newsletters and subscribers is unlimited, however if you send large number of data a fee will be charged. The administrator can review the statistics at any time, this includes the number of send and bounced emails.

Workflow Module

The Workflow Module allows you to separate the responsibilities between editing and publishing of  Web pages. A Content Publisher can create a web page. At page creation the Content Publishers selects which content editors can edit the page. If a Content Editor submits a change, then the page will be listed in the task list of the Content Publisher. The Content Publisher can either accept the new pages, modify, return or remove. In the Security Module, the Content Editor and Content Publishers can be managed.

Google Shopping Module

With the Google Shopping Module addition to the Product Catalog Module you can display your webshop products in Google Shopping ads in the Google Search results pages. The Google Shopping Module automatically creates the required product feeds for Google Shopping. Combined with your Google AdWords campaign, Google will display adds for your products from your product feeds in the Google Search results pages, and in the Google Shopping pages. Your Google Shopping adds are displayed in the top right corner of Google Search, with photo and price, making your ads stand out. Your add is linked to your product in your webshop, enabling the visitor to buy your product in your webshop right away.
